    TTA Scholarship

    This $1,500 scholarship will awarded based on a minimum GPA of 3.0 and plan to attend a school in Texas. Special consideration will be given to students pursuing a degree in math, business, education, technology, engineering and computer science. Applications are available in Mrs. Duffer’s office.

    Deadline: March 18, 2016

     

    Bowie-Cass Electric Scholarship

    The scholarship is based on a minimum GPA of 2.5 and community volunteer hours. They will give 4-$250 renewal scholarships and 1-$500 renewal scholarship. Applications are available in Mrs. Duffer’s office room or online.

    Deadline: March 25, 2016

    They are due to Mrs. Duffer by Monday, Mar. 21st.

     

    CTE Student Scholarships

    Students scheduled to graduate high school during the 2015-16 school year and actively enrolled in CTE throughout their high school career are eligible to apply. Students must have successfully completed at least three credits in two or more CTE courses and currently be enrolled in a CTE course for the fall and/or spring semester of their senior year. Interested students may apply on-line on the CTAT Scholarship Portal (ask Mrs. Duffer for the link)

    Deadline: March 31, 2016

    SFA STEM Scholarship

    The scholarship is based on a minimum composite ACT score of a 26 and declare a STEM major. Download the application packet at www.science.sfasu.edu.

    Deadline: April 1, 2016

    TILF Scholarship

    Eligible students must have competed at the UIL Academic State Meet any year of high school OR must be a TSSEC Outstanding Soloist. They must plan to attend a university or college in Texas and must have taken the SAT or ACT. The application is online at www.tilfoundation.org.

    Deadline: May 27, 2016

     

    Aspiring Animation Professional Scholarship

    High school seniors have the opportunity to win a $1,000 scholarship. This will be awarded to students that are interested in pursuing an animation career path at an accredited post-secondary school or college. Interested students need to visit the following website, http://www.animationcareerreview.com/ to find eligibility information along with the online application.

    Deadline: June 1, 2016.
